About the harmful aspects of junk food.


 

Foods like burgers sandwiches contain unsaturated fats. These foods raise blood cholesterol levels. This results in the formation of a block in the artery. Also high salt, tasting salt, monosodium glutamate and artificial colors increase the risk of high blood pressure and cancer. Snacks, fried food, chips, burger, pizza, samosa and soft drink etc. are example of junk foods. Especially young children get addicted to this junk food because it's very tasty. Many chronic diseases like diabetes, obesity heart problem, colic pain are the main causes by junk foods. High quantity of animal fats have in junk foods which are not well for our body. So we should avoid junk foods.
