It harmful for health to drinking water by plastic bottle. By drinking water wake up in the morning, it's good for health. By drinking water in the morning before eating or drinking anything, it's feeling more energetic and reducing hungriness. Sometimes a little lack of water in the body causes fatigue. Most of the people don't drink enough water. As a result, various physical problems come of them. Dry mouth, feeling hungry, change in color of urine etc. are signs of drinking low level water. Keeping a water bottle with water and drinking water after some moments then is beneficial.
